Beginning July 10, 2020, RLCWA will be resuming normal billing practices including penalizing late payments and shutting off water to delinquent accounts.
RLCWA's office is open but our lobby is closed due to Covid-19. As of May 20, 2020 our drive up window and night deposit are open.
